Mould production and quality
We can produce your mould / mold both through fusion and through the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine, with mould in aluminium (or steel)
In this way the quality of the printed product is not compromised, and ABS materials can be used for a following painting or chrome plating without any imperfection.
Before delivering the mould we realize the MOULD TEST in order to check the greatest precision of the finished mould, and the warranty that your product is free of defects
Moulds for shoes and complex heels
Thanks to our experience we can satisfy any requirement, from the easiest to the most complex one.
An example of more complex mould that we can realize is a recessed 2-piece heel with blocking heel layer, comprising 2 moulds obtaining a 0.1 mm precision.
