Manufacturing stage of a model
We have been producing moulds for high heels, insole, and shoes items for more than 40 years. We are in Porto San Giorgio (Italy) in the footwear district of the Marche Region, one of the most important and acknowledged of Italy, and not only.
Thanks to the know-how acquired during decades of experience, along with the use of state-of-the-art machineries and technology, specialist and technical staff, and our knowledge of the footwear sector we can fully meet the requirements and demands of our customers.
We have always delivered the works in due time thanks to a great organizational capacity of our technical staff and the huge support by the pattern and mould making (with four CAD/CAM workstations).
Capacity of problem solving and quick manufacture of job orders, with the certainty to have an excellent product, are our strengths.
All of this thanks to the experience acquired over the years and handed down from generation to generation.

Our company is equipped with

- workshop for producing moulds
- 10 specialist employees in the various departments
and with the following machineries:
- 2 quaser mv240 for pattern and mould making and production of moulds for heel layers completely milled from the core and technical items
- 1 cortini machine for models milling
- 1 famup and two pallets for models milling from the core
- 1 takisawa
- 1 charmilles wire EDM machine
- 1 roboform 90 die sinking EDM machine
- 3D printer for models prototyping
The history
Our company was born in 1974, established by Mancini and Fratini with the name M. F. Stampi, starting as craft workshop and over the time it has turned into a big company, thanks to the continued commitment, experience and reliability of the founders.
In 2000, after almost 30 years, as Mancini and Fratini’s sons we have established ITALSTAMPI Srl, as continuation of M. F. Stampi, in a deeply changed context both at technological and market level.
